The company has 21 years of design and construction experience in both London and Leipzig Germany. Our aim is to provide the ever increasing European Expat community with the British standard of construction that we have all become accustomed to. All of our houses, regardless of design, all conform to the construction code. We are providing damp courses, cavity walls, copper hot water piping, roof insulation and British standard earthed electrics.
We invite all viewings at any stage of our construction to demonstrate these standards. We also provide a 5 year construction warranty on our houses to match our claims.
Tudor Villas Ltd, is also a member of the British Chamber of commerce in Bangkok Thailand. To those that don't understand what this means. We are a registered and recognized company by the British Embassy. It has not been easy to achieve this status and so it is one that we are very proud of. We were recognized by the Chamber of commerce not only for our promotion of British build standards, but for our service to the British buyers on our Project.
